There Is Still Plenty of Life to Live

Lately, it has been hot, so I decided to do something that would make life a little easier. I cooked a bunch of different meals in the crock pot, put them into containers, and froze them. It seems to be everywhere, and with good reason—this powerful narrative pattern taps into the universal experiences of challenge, growth, and triumph. But what exactly is the hero's journey, and how does it relate to something as simple (yet profound) as a power stance? In this blog, I’ll break down the hero’s journey, a timeless concept, and explore how power stances can symbolize and accelerate our own personal transformations. Together, they offer us a dynamic approach to tackling life's challenges with confidence, courage, and resilience. What is the Hero’s Journey? The hero's journey is a narrative archetype that has been woven into stories throughout history and across cultures. It describes a hero who embarks on an adventure, faces challenges, learns important lessons, and returns home forever changed. This ...
